Parts Advisor Circa £29,000 Overtime paid at enhanced rates Dundee Monday to Friday days Health scheme & life assurance Enhanced company sick pay The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to be part of an expanding team with a well-established business, who are a market leader in their industry. Scope of role – Identify correct parts requirement using the online system. – Ensure orders are completed for both customers and the service department. – Existing customer interaction, both face to face and via the telephone. – Flexible with working hours when seasonal workload dictates. – Take delivery of parts and ensure all paperwork is logged. The Parts Advisor – Retail parts experience. – Technical knowledge of machinery / plant parts – Experienced managing an existing customer base. – Comfortable carrying out both admin and light physical duties.
