Title: Academic Administrator

Type: Fixed Term (12 Months), Part-Time (18.5 hours per week)

Salary: £23,241 – £26,615

Location: Elmwood Campus

An interesting opportunity has arisen for an Academic Administrator to join the Faculty Office at Elmwood Campus. The role involves supporting student-facing (including research students) and research-facing work of the faculty by providing a high-quality administrative service as part of the Faculty Office administration team.

To be considered for this role you should possess demonstrable experience of working within a varied administrative role and competently carrying out a range of administrative duties and have proven experience of providing an effective service to customers and other internal and external stakeholders.

Applicants should have a good standard of education. A comprehensive knowledge of IT software, particularly Microsoft Office and databases is also essential as are good communication skills.

This is a part time role of 18.25 hours per week to be worked over 3 days to be agreed/confirmed. This is a permanent role.
