The role – Power Platform Officer.
The salary – £30,000 – £33,000 per annum.
The location – Edinburgh (hybrid, 1 day in office).
We’re working with a retained client who are focused on tackling climate change. They are looking to add a Power Platform Officer to their team to play a crucial role in providing Power Platform support and training to the wider organisation. You’ll support in the maintenance and troubleshooting of complex Power Platform apps, scope and develop new functionality and develop projects both independently and as part of the team.

Your day-to-day:
- You’ll provide on-going user support and helpdesk management, responding to all Power Platform helpdesk tickets in line with the organisation’s SLA’s.
- Ensure effective user setup and induction in Power Platform apps and processes.
- Scope and develop new Power Platform functionality, independently and as part of a team.
- Scope and develop reporting functionality using Power BI, Excel and other tools.
- Document Power Platform processes and provide training to end users.
- Support the ongoing maintenance of Power Platform environments.
- Provide effective organisation-wide communication and engagement with Power Platform.
About you:
- You’ll have experience with low-code platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Zapier, Hubspot or similar.
- You’ll have experience working with CRM’s such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM or similar.
- Experience of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 would be a massive bonus.
- Experience working in a customer support environment.
- Experience of successful project delivery, working both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience writing programs in any language is desirable.
- Experience training users of different levels in the use of IT is desirable.
- Understanding of foundational programming concepts such as variables, loops and conditional statements is desirable.
