We have an excellent opportunity for Front of House staff to join our well established client at their site in Edinburgh City Centre. This is an ongoing temporary role with both full and part time hours available (shifts 5 days out of 7 incl. weekends) Working as part of their fast paced front of house team the successful candidates will join the business in providing 5 service and ensuring the smooth running of the site. Duties will include: • Providing consistent 5 star service • Respond to visitor/customer enquiries effectively and providing information as required • Welcoming visitors/customers on arrival • Actively promoting the sale of tickets upselling membership and processing through sales points. • Ensure the health and safety of visitors/customers This is a great chance to join a prestigious organisation and develop your experience.
