Head of Operations (Oil, Gas & Renewable Fuels)Ayrshire or DundeeNegotiable Salary + Bonus+ Medical + Pension + Holidays + Car Allowance + Salary ReviewsDo you have experience in high-level multi-site operations management and come from a background in the Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy or Process Plant sectors?Are you interested in taking your career that next step further by taking responsibility for all operations across a number of high-value sites across Scotland and soon England as well?This company specialises in the production of biogas through the process of anaerobic digestion at a large number of sites across Scotland and have been continuously growing throughout recent years. They are now beginning to expand further into other areas of Renewable Energy as well as expanding further south into England with the recent establishment of a new office in London.In this role you will be working closely alongside the CEO to drive growth and improvement across the businesses’ operational sites as well as overseeing all operations, managing all external relationships and taking ownership of budgets and reports to the CEO.The ideal candidate will come from a process plant background (ideally from the Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Nuclear or Pharma industries) where they have gained demonstrable experience in successfully managing operations simultaneously across multiple sites/regions.
