A day in the life of
As Talent Partner you will work alongside the wider Total Talent team to partner the business and bring our talent management strategy to life. You will focus on curating fit for purpose, innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of the business and support the design and delivery of our leadership development programmes. Alongside this, you will also manage the internal talent management process, ensuring we identify key talent and have defined career paths in place to support development.
Based in the Glasgow Office 3 days per week, you will report to the Director of Talent and help shape the new vision of Total Talent management across the EMEA division.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will have experience curating and designing learning solutions and content across multiple formats, with a specialism in leadership development. This role will challenge traditional learning methods and aim to provide the business with innovative solutions built around the ethos of self-development, therefore you will be a creative innovator with a passion for developing talent.
Pivotal to the success of this role will be your ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels in the business and provide specialist advice through effective communication. As such, we will be looking for evidence of great customer service skills and a natural ability to influence.
Whilst this role is office based, there may be a requirement to travel across the UK as and when appropriate.
