Job Description
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for construction and a degree in Quantity Surveying? We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our dedicated team as Graduate Quantity Surveyors in Edinburgh.
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will have the chance to work on diverse projects, ranging from infrastructure developments to public sector constructions. You will collaborate with experienced professionals to manage costs, assess risks, prepare bills of quantities, and handle contractual matters. This role will enable you to develop a strong foundation in Quantity Surveying while contributing to the growth of Edinburgh’s built environment.
Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in industry software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Building Information Modeling)
