Major Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading Manufacturer with the recruitment of a Field Sales Representative based in the Tayside and Fife area. Our client, an established and successful Manufacturer, are looking to grow their Regional Sales team due to a period of continued growth. Role: Field Sales Representative Contract: Permanent Salary: £30,000 basic, plus contractual sales commission Location: Tayside/Fife Area Duties and Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships within allocated area Driving an increase in sales with existing customers, as well as actively sourcing potential new customers Identify individual customer requirements and tailor recommendations Maintain expert knowledge of ongoing development and change in company product range Report on sales activities accurately, using appropriate documentation Optimising time spent in-person with customer to push sales growth Maintaining a close working relationship with company Sales Executives Administration and management of allocated area, following company policy and procedures What our client is looking for in a Field Sales Representative: Background in Field Sales/Account Manager roles Flexibility to travel ad-hoc to meet with clients Demonstrable success selling varied products across multiple product lines Fantastic organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet varying deadlines Dynamic with the ability to work autonomously and self-motivate Valid Driving License is essential Benefits our client offer: Contractual Sales Commission Company Car Company Pension Plan All required equipment providedINDAN
