Business Knowledge Commercially aware within the wider energy industry Detailed level of understanding of UK and Ireland energy markets required to help define commercial strategies and identify risks and opportunities Knowledge of solar and battery technologies and revenue streams Understanding of commercial modelling best practices (FAST) and analytical techniques Essential Functional / Technical Skills Degree educated or equivalent experience Strong commercial acumen Excellent analytical and modelling skills Awareness of financial statements and concepts Strong organisational and task management skills Strong IT and Excel skills are essential Experience in a project driven environment Personal Attributes / Competencies Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills Willingness to embrace and actively challenge the norm in a strong team environment Flexible regarding work routine, able to work on a wide range of tasks without sacrificing quality of delivery and progression of tasks in a timely manner Proven ability to effectively prioritise, plan and organise, balance immediate and longer term team priorities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to communicate (with different audiences and levels and stakeholders), tailoring the communication to suit the situation Able to build and sustain working relationships with key stakeholders.
