Position: Production Supervisor Salary: c£27-30k Location: Scotland; Aberdeenshire Shift/Hours: 4 days-on – 4 days-off in the Summer / 5 days in the Winter Our Client is a successful Grower of Fruit and supply to the major retailers. They now offer the opportunity to become a key member of the business as Production Supervisor. Reporting to and working closely with the Packhouse Manager, the position of Producton Supervisor will play a key part in the daily management of the busy packhouse operations, effectively and positively managing the team (c40) to achieve customer standards, meet product specification and expectations with efficient packaging, quality control, despatch and haulage. We require; Fresh Produce / Fresh Food sector experienced individual Confident ability within a fresh product / fresh produce packing facility Personable, encouraging, and hands-on management approach and experience Knowledge of expectations and standards required in the supply of fresh product to retail customers The position of Production Supervisor r is a key role within the company and the successful individual will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate the team to exceptional work standards to enable the supply of high quality product
