Trainee Recruitment Consultant- Edinburgh-£22,000-£24,000 (£35,000 OTE year 1), (£50,000 OTE year 2), (£80,000+ OTE year 3)! you MUST have sales experience or have worked within a pressurized environment to be considered for this role. Our client is seeking an ambitious, driven trainee or recent Graduate who will be the perfect fit for their friendly, supportive team in their brand-new Edinburgh office. Established over 2 decades ago, my client specialises in the food and drink manufacturing sector; you ll be joining the team at a pivotal moment as they broaden their horizons and tap into the equally lucrative sectors of Renewable Energy, Chemical, and Cosmetics. You will be surrounded by like-minded professionals who are in earshot to give you advice or help should you need it. To be considered you must: Have a natural sales ability, but understands how to not come across as too “salesy” Must have strong communication and verbal skills to oversee the recruitment life cycle and control the outcomes to your benefit Have resilience, in Recruitment it is essential to understand not everything will go your way, but you will ride the waves and learn every step of the way Have a competitive attitude, a strong desire to succeed will be natural to you and you enjoy working towards goals and then go again.
