STEM recruitment solutions have a superb opportunity for a recent Health and Safety graduate to work with their highly acclaimed client in the Ayrshire area.
The position is a great opportunity to either gain some experience following your degree or to help develop your Health and Safety experience within a manufacturing facility.
You will ensure that the site complies with all Health and Safety legislation at all times and work with plant management to ensure all activities are logged and systems updated. You will take responsibility for all unsafe acts and deal with near misses that occur. In addition, the job involves performing H&S audits, inspections and day to day observations in order that accidents can be minimised on-site.
You will also get involved in the following additional tasks:
Training colleague on H&S procedures
Maintaining H&S logs
Build cross department collaboration
Prepare H&S reports
Trend analysis
This position would suit either a fresh graduate or someone at the early stages of their H&S career. The successful applicant will be trained and developed into the role so a great chance to develop your grounding in H&S.
