Flexibility, hybrid working has been at the forefront a lot recently but often these are just buzz words and not reflective of the true environment.However, I can wholeheartedly tell you this very successful law firm embrace flexibility and agile working. If you want hybrid you can have that, 3 days in the office, 2 at home is the norm for those working 5 days. If you would prefer a 4 day week, you can have that, if you’d like to work 25 hours per week you can do that. They are hugely flexible and recognise talented people have lives outside of work too.This is a great opportunity to join the Private Client Team. The team are expanding and shall continue to grow. If you’d like to work directly with an experienced supportive, knowledgeable and all round thoroughly nice department head you’ll have that here. You’ll assist the Department Head with a broad range of private client matters primarily Wills, POA’s and Executries. You’ll thrive on client contact and be confident and competent meeting clients face to face, taking initial instructions and developing strong relationships .You’ll also be more than happy to mentor and assist less experienced team members.It’s likely you shall have a minimum of 3 years private client experience, be highly organised, have exceptional communication skills and be competent using a case management system.On offer in addition to a great working environment and flexibility is a competitive salary, private medical care and the opportunity to participate in the firm wide and individual performance discretionary bonus scheme.This role wont be around for long.
