Job Description
I currently have an opening for a Property Manager with a reputable property management company based within Glasgow. You will be part of a supportive team with plans to grow and thrive as the business continues to succeed.
This is a very varied role that requires an individual who is resilient and capable of managing their own workload and portfolio. Within the role you will managing a portfolio of customers whilst also delivering the best possible service. This role requires someone from a factoring/lettings background who is looking to take the next step in their career.
This role is based entirely on site.

The key responsibilities within this role are: Building and maintaining internal and external relationships Customer communications: meetings, calls, emails etc. Dealing with reactive and proactive repairs Managing the customer journey and expectations Property visits Maintaining customer records KPI’s
A successful candidate in this position will possess; Customer service experience Teamworking ability MS Office proficiency Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Previous property experience Previous CRM based experience is desirable
