Key Duties:
Handling a diverse range of personal injury claims from start to finish. Offering high-quality legal counsel and representation to clients. Engaging in negotiations, and if required, litigation to ensure optimal outcomes for clients. Staying informed on the evolving landscape of personal injury law. Collaborating with a cohesive team to ensure efficient case progression.
Prerequisites:
Qualified Solicitor with an active practicing certificate. Demonstrable experience in claimant personal injury cases. Proven negotiation and litigation proficiency. Stellar communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. A strong advocate for the rights of personal injury claimants.
