Job Description
I am currently recruiting for an Onboarding Advisor to join my client on a temporary contract, lasting until January 2024 with an immediate start. The offices are based in Eurocentral and you must be able to get here for 3-4 days training within your first week. After initial training has been conducted then the possibility to work hybrid may be an option.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, with hours varying between (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm). You must drive or be able to commute locally for this location as there is limited public transport available. The salary for this role is £12 per hour.
On a typical day you will be responsible for the on-boarding of new courier drivers who have expressed interest in joining the business. This will include sifting through applications of new drivers and contacting them to take them through the following:
- Check they have a valid UK driving licence and take their car/van registration number to input onto the system
- Book them in for their on-site training day at their local depot, after they have completed online training modules
- Provide more information on their local depot and provide them with field managers name/contact details and address for training days
- Communicate anything they must do prior to attending their local depot for training
- Be comfortable using the systems to record notes and actions taken from interviews
You will be expected to complete on average 20 interviews per day, therefore you must be comfortable completing a high volume of work, whilst holding basic computer literacy skills and having accurate attention to detail whilst inputting data into the system.
