SF Recruitment have exclusively partnered with an established business who are looking an experienced HR Advisor. You will be providing support to a large workforce across the UK (no travel required). This is a fast-paced environment, and no 2 days are the same. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates that have at least 2 years HR experience, have managed their own caseload but want further exposure. Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (dependant on experience) Hours: 37.5 hours per week REMOTE ROLE – you will be expected to be office based for the first 6 months while you find your feet. Role – Working alongside another HR Advisor and Senior HR Advisor to provide advice and guidance to all employees across the business – First point of contact for all employee queries – Provide advice and guidance on disciplinary and grievance matters and preparation of relevant documentation. – Coaching and guiding managers with all people issues – Involvement with redundancies and TUPE – Utilising the bespoke HR system to analyse data and highlight trends Required – Previous HR experience essential, especially with ER case management – Strong IT skills – Excellent communication skills, written and verbal – Confident and organised
