Head of Quality, Medical Devices, Central Scotland
Are you an experienced HOQ or Senior Quality Manager, who is experienced managing Medical Device QA strategy to ISO 13485/CFR Part 820.
Entrust Resource Solutions are working with a global Medical Device client, who is going through a period of expansion in their Scottish site.
The role at a glance:
Reporting to the MD, as Head of Quality you will lead this Medical Device business through FDA approval and site expansion – leading both QA and QC teams.
You will be a pragmatic Quality leader, who has the patients’ safety and well being at the forefront of all quality decisions and strategy.
What experience do you need to succeed?
- At least a BSc in a scientific or engineering discipline
- 8+ years experience working within the life science industry
- 5+ years experience operating at Quality Manager level and above within medical device, IVD or pharma.
- Proven experience continuously improving on key QA metrics
- Experience leading internal and external audits
- Experience working implementing and maintaining GMP and ISO 13485 standards
- FDA experience is highly desirable
