Role Overview As a Senior/Staff Process Engineer, you’ll optimize platform performance and operations, enhance efficiency, and promote automation. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team, tackling varied challenges in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities Improve company efficiency, prioritize technology development. Introduce efficient processes and workflows, reduce costs, and improve quality. Optimize daily workflows, ensuring quality and scalability. Collaborate on workflow design, development, and technology integration. Analyze lab efficiency, allocate resources for rapid improvements. Contribute to long-term performance plans and mentor team members. Requirements Bachelor’s in engineering or related field. 5+ years in manufacturing process engineering. Experience in efficient manufacturing environment Proven track record in process optimization. Strong analytical and technology-driven mindset. Enthusiasm for technology (software, hardware, AI, others) Desired Skills & Attributes Efficiency framework expertise such as 5s, 6 sigma or equivalent Creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and work with automation. Interest in advanced manufacturing. e.g 3D printing, laser cutting Strong communication skills. Fluent in English
