They are looking for a Fundraising Manager to work in Aberdeen, Dundee, Perth, or Fife.You do not need to have experience in fundraising management or the charity sector to apply for this role.Your new roleThis is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing and high-performing team.
- Successfully raise funds and awareness.
- Build long-lasting and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and convert corporate prospects into supporters.
- Effectively use their Customer Relationship Management system. (CRM)
- Meet financial targets.
- Plan for any potential shortfalls.
This is a competitive role and in addition to superb relationship building/ interpersonal skills, the job needs someone with resilience, self-motivation, and drive.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Must have experience working in a sales enciroment and experience of meeting set targets.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker
- Must have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
