Key Responsibilities: Using CAD software to craft innovative kitchen designs that leave a lasting impression. Engage with potential and existing clients in person and over the phone, creating a personal and memorable experience. Master the art of lead conversion, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Provide customers with accurate quotes while respecting their unique design constraints. Embark on site survey visits to gather precise measurements and essential information. Turn customer briefs into exceptional designs that exceed all expectations. Candidate Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Kitchen Design. Proficiency in CAD software is desirable, but not essential. Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to excel in a competitive market. Dedication to delivering unparalleled customer service that keeps clients coming back. Attention to detail and professional demeanor. Strong sales acumen. Possession of a full driving license and own car is essential for conducting customer visits.
