Responsibilities

  • Creating various forms of written communication, including presentations and documents, and organizing them.
  • Handling administrative duties such as data entry and collection.
  • Crafting legal agreements.
  • Managing tasks after the completion of projects and organizing legal documents.
  • Handling document organization, filing, and storage.
  • Managing billing and compliance procedures.
  • Organizing schedules, including domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Offering general administrative assistance to the manager and the team, both on a regular basis and for specific needs.

Requirements

  • Experience as Legal Secretary, ideally within a Commercial Property team or practice.
  • Paralegal experience would be ideal, but not necessary.
  • Capability of typing, drafting and producing documents.
  • MS Skills: Microsoft Word, case management, typing, and formatting documents.
