Search are recruiting for a Paralegal with a proactive approach to join our internal Legal department. This role is ideal for a candidate with contracts experience and looking for the first step in their legal career. If you have obtained your legal degree however not sure on your next move then give me a call.
Main duties include:
- Client Contract reviews
- Dealing with all contract queries
- Creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets, databases, portals.
- Ad hoc work including debt recovery
- Insurance claims
- Enforcement of restrictive covenants
- Assisting with general day to day queries
- Supporting team manager on any assigned tasks.
The ideal candidate:
- 1-3 years of contract review experience
- good communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent client management and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and work ethic
- Strong teamwork
