Title: Teaching Associate in Veterinary Nursing
Type: Permanent, Full-Time and Full-Time positions available
Salary: £34,626 – £41,893 pro rata

Our ambitious and exciting vision is to work at local, national and international levels, leading innovation and sustainable development in agriculture and rural sectors.An opportunity has arisen for a Teaching Associate in Veterinary Nursing in the Veterinary & Animal Sciences department based at the SRUC Barony campus near Dumfries. The main purpose of this post is to instruct, and quality assure the training of, Veterinary Nursing students in clinical placement.Applications are invited from highly motivated and qualified Veterinary Nursing or Veterinary professionals with relevant practical experience and extensive knowledge of the profession. Quality assurance, clinical supervisor or teaching experience would be beneficial though full training will be provided.This role will support students and quality assure clinical placements within veterinary practices, and will include travel across Scotland and the rest of the UK as required, potentially with occasional overnight stays.Further details on the responsibilities and requirements for this role can be found in the Job Particulars document which you must read before applying for this role and is downloadable when you click the link below.
