Hourly rate: £12.00 Support Worker Stirling, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire- Driving license and access to a car are essential for this role. Recently increased hourly rate to £12.00 an hour. We are Mears Supported Living Ltd, providing support to individuals. We provide a range of care and support services to people out in the community and in their own homes. We offer a number of 24 hour packages within our service including day shifts and sleepover shifts available. Sleepover shifts are paid an hourly rate and many of our shift packages include meal allowances. Our main priority for this job role is to find the right people with the right values, skills attitudes that match our own! We re seeking to recruit some great new support workers; people with the right values and behaviours to work in our care service could this be you? You don t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications we re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker. Above all we want someone that shares in our values. Role Criteria: a commitment to quality and being the best we can treating the people we support with compassion showing dignity and respect to the people we will be working with having trust and respect for all members of our team. The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. Our customers are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such. However duties may include some support with personal care needs, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching the footie, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions. All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears- does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
