Salary:
£11.54 p/h with opportunity to move up to £13.28 p/h as an Elite Advisor.
Potential to earn up to £32,000 each year (with Bonus capped at £1000 per month)

Cost Per Sale = Paid Monthly, Capped £1,000 P.M
Lowest KPI Sale: £12.41 cps, Average £400 P.M
Highest KPI Sale: £16.54 cps, Average £800 P.M
Customer Sales Advisor – Life Insurance
Location: Glasgow
Hours: Monday to Friday Between the hours of 9am to 6:00pm. (37.5hours)
Role Details:
We are looking for new talent to fill our Outbound Sales Advisor roles in permanent, full-time contracts in our call centre in Glasgow.
In this role you will assist customers within our life insurance business stream, handling customer queries in relation to life insurance quotes for funeral plans for those guaranteed over 50’s. You will work with warm leads as there is no cold calling.
You will receive full paid training on our systems, products, and call handling.

Requirements:
12 months contact centre experience within sales
Willingness to work in an office-based environment
Great people skills and team working ethic
Computer literacy is a plus
Must be able to pass credit check
