Job Description
My client based in Glasgow are looking for an Operational Excellence Lead to join their team on an initial 3 month basis, Outside IR35. You will be working on a large Transformation Project within the Operational side of the business which will ultimately create a lot of change for all elements of the organisation.
In order to be successful in the role they are looking for someone who has experience with the following:
- Creating a clear implementation program
- Governance consideration
- Use of change methodology alongside customisation of approach for individual businesses
- Experience working on large change/transformation programmes for multinational companies
- Experience leading colleagues and customers along their individual change journeys
- Excellent communication skills
- Inquisitive mindset and a drive to succeed and deliver at a high quality.
This role is based out of their Glasgow Office and will require you to come into the office, so please apply if this would be applicable for you.
