Do you enjoy leading teams and driving successful operations? Jewson in Lochgilphead is hiring now for a Branch Manager leading a team of 6. Competitive salary (Depending on experience) + Company Car + Performance Bonus + Pension + Life Assurance 33 days holiday per year Skills and Experience required:- Leadership of up to 6 people gained in Builder’s Merchant or Construction Supply Proven successful experience managing branch P&L Ability to coach, motivate and support experienced teamsWhat the job involves: Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement Build and develop great relationships with new and existing Customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions Build effective relationships with Suppliers Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at workHOURS OF WORK MONDAY TO FRIDAY 730AM TO 5PM SATURDAY 8AM TO 12NOON FORTNIGHTLY This role is working with Jewson part of the STARK Group.
