Are you a seasoned Legal Secretary or Legal PA with a knack for excellence? If you’ve got a rock-solid background in the legal realm, boasting a minimum of 5 years’ experience, and your document production skills are second to none, we want to hear from you. We are Winslows Tax Law, a boutique law firm specialising in providing tax law support to other law firms. Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking the right person to join our Operations Team on a part time basis. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience within a law firm. The role is 100% remote. The role: You will support fee earners and larger management team with document production, file set up and client onboarding. There will also be ad hoc projects relating to the operation of the firm given to you by the Managing Director or Practice Director. Key responsibilities: Preparing and formatting legal reports and documents as requested by the lawyers Preparing client engagement letters and virtual files Conflict checks and AML/KYC processes, using specialised software General administration tasks surrounding the operation of the firm, these could include (but not limited to) file audits, archiving and updating templates Essential requirements: 5 years+ secretarial/PA experience in a law firm environment Strong written English skills Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Flexibility – we are ideally looking for someone to work in the afternoons, with the ability to occasionally work in the morning to cover holidays or sickness.
