About the role
Bentley/Lamborghini Edinburgh has a rare and very exciting opportunity available for a highly motivated and driven Aftersales Manager.
As a Sytner Aftersales Manager you will lead from the front and be an inspiration to your Team and colleagues. You will be focused daily on maximising labour sales, labour hours, gross profit, lubricants and tyre sales ensuring that we deliver a direct profit overs performance every month. You will be responsible for creating marketing ideas on a regular basis and will work closely with our Marketing team and CRM to ensure that there is continuous retail growth with each Brand.
You will be an integral member of the Management Team and deliver only the very highest levels of Customer service and ensure that your Brands are in the upper quartile with a view to being number one in the UK.
This is a full-time role which may include weekends and attending Manufacturers events on and off site.
About you
Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essential as well as strong technical knowledge. Ideally, you will have the ability to work in a high pressured environment and have fantastic leadership skills that can drive a team forward.
You will strive for operational excellence and have a strategic mind-set while creating new relationships with all of our Clients
