Prime Workforce, part of the Prime Trading Group, is recruiting a Zoho/CRM Administrator & Developer on behalf of one of our group companies, Prime Secure to assist them through a period of digital transformation, upgrades, and automation to optimise revenue operations.

Prime Secure is an award-winning, privately-owned, Glasgow-headquartered business providing security systems and guarding services to a blue-chip customer base across the UK. This role can be based remotely in the UK, with requirements to visit our Glasgow and St Albans office as required.

Your job will be to uncover areas for improvement and execute changes to maintain the stability and performance of their CRM (Zoho). This entails carrying out, upholding, and supporting the business requests.

Be the data and CRM champion within the company and lead on the development, planning and delivery of new enhancements with the current CRM and surrounding tech stack.

  • Work alongside the commercial teams including Sales, Marketing and Customer excellence to support with CRM requirements, processes and workstreams.
  • Manage and maintain existing automated workflows within the CRM.
  • Bringing data to life by creating dashboards and analytic visualisations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience with Zoho CRM
  • Experience with API integrations
  • Understanding of GPDR requirements
  • Experience solving issues/creating solutions within the CRM

Desirable:

  • Experience with CRM coding
  • Experience with Zoho Analytics; or other BI platforms such as Power BI
  • Process mapping experience
  • Sage intact experience
