Job Description

Anderson Knight are working with an established Professional Services organisation with offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh to appoint a Senior Resourcing Partner on a 12 month FTC basis. This role is to cover maternity leave and will play a vital part in growing the organisations employer brand within the marketplace.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR and Recruitment teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective resourcing strategies and deliver on acquiring new staff
  • Identify and engage with top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • End to end recruitment lifecycle including working alongside hiring managers to establish their recruitment requirements, recommending a sourcing approach and keeping hiring managers informed of all progress, providing excellent candidate management through to offer stage. Ensuring you provide a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on the status of open positions and recruitment activities.
  • Responsible for implementing and promoting the use of the application tracking system to ensure a consistent approach to the recruitment experience for all candidates and managers
  • Build strong working relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and resource management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition or resource management role, ideally within a professional services business.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment; resolving all conflicting priorities whilst managing all expectations set out by candidates, colleagues and hiring managers
  • Previous experience in creating content for social media.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
