My client is a reputable and growing Solicitor/Estate Agent known for delivering exceptional legal and estate agency services. They are now seeking a qualified Private Client Solicitor to strengthen the team in their Linlithgow branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse case load independently, covering Executries, Wills, and Power of Attorney work.
• Oversee the source of funds work and ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
• Utilize Microsoft packages and case management tools efficiently.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and maintain a positive attitude in our fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor.
• Proven experience in Executries, Wills, and Power of Attorney work.
• Knowledge of AML regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages and case management software.
• STEP qualification is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
