Charge Nurse (Day shifts) – Care Home
Location: Edinburgh
Position: Charge Nurse
Care Categories: Nursing Care for elderly, Dementia/Alzheimer’s
Salary: £39, 970 per annum
Hours: 34.5 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent

This role could be for you if you have;
Strong clinical skill set and confidence to lead the nursing team
Prior management experience, or experience of leading a small team
The ability of supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
A desire to encourage positive working relationships within the team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance
Passion about providing excellent care and supporting the residents and their families
