Clinical Lead Nurse – Care Home
Location: Stirling
Position: Clinical Lead Nurse

As a Clinical Lead Nurse you will:
Be responsible to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care possible
Be expected to promote independence and dignity, while also enhancing the lives of those in our care
Be responsible for driving quality standards and ensuring that our Home is in compliance with CQC guidelines
Be responsible for creating a welcoming and safe environment for all residents, employees, and visitors
Work closely with the Home Manager and take on day-to-day management responsibilities
To succeed you will be:
An experienced registered nurse with knowledge of quality and clinical governance processes, including audit and care services
Effective in leading a team and ensure that rotas are in place to ensure the smooth, efficient operation of the home.
Experienced in creating comprehensive risk assessments and care plans, as well as knowledge of regulatory frameworks
Confident in managing all aspects of medication management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation
Capable of supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
Passionate about providing excellent care and supporting the residents and their families
