A Nursing Home based in Falkirk requires an experienced Nurse to join their team full time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious health care group who are a leading private care provider specialising in Elderly Dementia Care.

Essential Requirements:
- NMC Registered qualified Adult Nurse / RGN or RMN considered
- Passionate about delivering a high-quality service that promotes the independence, choice and dignity of service users
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and friendly nature
- Care planning skills
