Senior Creative Glasgow West End Up to £38,000 We re partnering with a small but rapidly growing agency that’s looking for a Creative Lead to join their team. They’ve already worked with some of the world’s largest brands such as Skyscanner and Redbull and are aiming to become an industry leader within the next few years leading the way in Scotland by harnessing the high growth potential of TikTok. The company is searching for someone who wants to step up into a lead role and genuinely understands how to communicate ideas via Creative strategies, wants to help shape the future of a growing agency, and enjoys thinking outside of the box to deliver stand-out work. This is a key role that will give you the opportunity to become a leader in a growing and innovation agency. The Role: You will get to work with some of the largest brands in the world such as Skyscanner, Red Bull, ClearScore + more. Be given the freedom required to take ownership and make a genuine impact from day one. This will be your role to shape, with the help of mentors and peers to get you where you want to be. Responsibilities: Be a versatile creative leader, taking charge of content brainstorming, social media strategy, and content production. Be willing to delegate when necessary while not hesitating to get your hands dirty. Conduct research and formulate social media strategies for their clients, present ideas, and make adjustments as needed. Supervise a small creative team’s performance, assign responsibilities, and provide clear, actionable feedback on content. Craft well-written, purposeful copy for social media content. Oversee the content scheduling process, ensuring that the content you conceptualize and create adheres to an agreed-upon timetable. Collaborate with the paid social team to brainstorm and deliver creative assets. Assume a leadership role in reporting for organic social media. Generate, design, and contribute to outstanding social campaigns that capture attention. Efficiently delegate tasks and provide concise briefings to both internal team members and freelancers as needed. Requirements: Creative all-rounder with a talent for conceptualizing and producing top-tier visual content for various social media platforms and diverse client base. Demonstrated background of at least 3 years in either a marketing agency or similar. Experience leading and mentoring others, or ready to take that step up with demonstrable experience. Proficiency in Graphic Design, encompassing the use of Adobe Suite and Canva. Competent video editing capabilities. Exceptional communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage their own schedule and prioritize tasks. Strategic thinking aptitude. Meticulous attention to detail. A robust entrepreneurial mindset. Familiarity with best practices in paid social media strategies. Benefits: Up to £38,000 Hybrid and Flexible working ideally a few days in the west end office.
