Ashley Kate HR are excited to be working with our professional services client who now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join their existing HR team. Reporting into a HR Business Partner, the ideal candidate will ideally have a background from within a professional services environment. This role will be split across their Glasgow office and home working offering salary up to £43,000. The is a broadly generalist role which will demand candidates to have excellent stakeholder management skills and the proven ability to work positively with senior stakeholders across the business. Key areas of responsibility will include: Providing advice and guidance to managers (all levels) Coaching and guiding line managers across a wide range of people issues such as talent management, engagement, succession planning and performance management. Disciplinary and Grievance matters Flexible working requests across the business To support cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews, budget planning and the annual reward cycle. Work with colleagues across the wider HR Function to drive innovation and continuous improvement, creating and revising policies, procedures and processes that reflect best practice HR project work around change and HR initiatives such as well being, and engagement.
