Murray Recruitment are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our client who is a national Facilities Management provider based in South Lanarkshire. You will work with the fast-paced bid and business development team to create aesthetically pleasing designs, illustrations and graphics in a variety of formats, including but not limited to high-profile presentations, diagrams, maps, infographics, document design and visual material. Duties include: Work with the Bid and Business Development team to produce tender submission documents and graphics to a consistently high standard. Create bespoke and eye-catching themed graphics based on clients requests and in line with brand guidelines for each opportunity. Discuss and agree on design themes from conception to final product. Provide advice and ideas about design style, format, print production and timescales for a wide range of corporate material. Assist with the completion of end-to-end bid documentation and supporting material production. Work with the team to design and build a wide range of marketing & communications material including, but not limited to, brochures, posters, booklets, flyers, and adverts. Contribute to a library of internal business media such as structure charts, report templates, presentations, and infographics for future use. Ensure compliance with the required proposal deliverables. Work within a range of branded document formats and presentation templates. Work with bid writers and subject matter experts to turn written, numerical and existing content into compelling graphical representations. Familiarity with a range of software and design tools to create graphical output that can be incorporated into tender documents and accompanying materials. Experience: Recent Graduate in relevant degree level course. Articulate individual with excellent presentation skills. Excellent IT skills, especially with design software. Exceptional creativity and innovation. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word & PowerPoint, and the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop. Experience in producing corporate documents (desirable- not essential). Experience building professional PowerPoint presentations (desirable- not essential). Previous experience building web-based content (desirable- not essential). Package: Salary up to £40,000 per annum. Pension Scheme matched up to 6%. 26 days holiday plus bank holidays.
