Job Description

Manage customer orders, shipments and commercial activities in line with business plans.Client Details FMCG business based in Edinburgh with huge growth plans.Description Processing customers orders, including the management and co-ordination of stock requirements. Effective stock management to ensure slow-moving stock is minimised. Work closely with hauliers, freight forwarders and warehouses regarding customer orders. Organising and ensuring stock availability for samples to be dispatched to customers. Prepare all export documentation in line with HMRC. Ensuring a high level of communication with customers covering all aspects of the business beyond order requirements such as forecasts, stock depletion rates, marketing information, product information.Profile Previous experience working in a Supply Chain function within the drinks industry is essential for this role. PC Literate – confident user of Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.Job Offer Up to £30K depending on experience + benefits. Early finish on a Friday
